Bald for Bucks

High Plains is teaming up with Rampart High School in Bald for Bucks!
Are you or a family member interested in shaving your head for Bald for Bucks or cutting 8 or more inches of your hair for Children With Hair Loss? If so, now is the time to sign up! Registration and a $10 per participant fee (checks can be made out to RHS) are due by Monday, April 26th. Students can continue raising money past the $10 fee through May 14th. Let’s see if we can raise more than $1,000! Students who shave their heads will be allowed to wear fleece or knit hats in the building until the remainder of the year.

Instead of participating in the event at Rampart, we will be getting creative here at High Plains. You have the option to have your hair cut or shaved at home with the help of a parent. You have the option to arrange your cut or shave with your own stylist. If you need assistance in finding a stylist that will donate the service, please contact the office or Mr. Brubaker.

Congratulations! High Plains Elementary Kindergarten earns the 2021 Best of Colorado Springs Award!
